FUNCTIONALITY
SPECIALIST IN WRAPPING AND END-OF-LINE SYSTEMS

• (1) Simple wrapping from top down.
• (2) Simple wrapping from bottom up.
• (3) Double wrapping beginning and ending at any point on the height of the load.
• (4) Band-type wrapping at any height.
• (5) Dustproof and rainproof wrapping.
• (6) Individual wrapping of piled pallets (with two welds of film) or as if they were a single pallet.

FILM SAVINGS

• Motorized pre-stretching system to get optimal consumption of film.
• The PLC program calculates the exact amount of consumption.
• Electronic and self-adjusting tension control depending on the profile of the load.

SEALING (WELDING) WITHOUT TAILS OF FILM 
• Cutting and welding of the film all along the width, avoiding tails.
• Welding against a feeler clamp (not against the load) in order to ensure the sealing in irregular loads.
