Standard packaging with heat shrink film requires high consumption of film and electricity, carries a risk of fire and hamper working environment with noise, heat or smell. The complete packing of the load is often difficult, which is why insulation from atmospheric conditions is not guaranteed and final appearance of the branded goods is impaired. These facts also apply to packaging with stretch film, where edges of the load often remains open and this leads to problems.
