The Tallwrapper arm-wrapper is a very effective solution if your turntable is unable to deal with the required capacity, an access plate is not needed, lack of space is an issue, or if loads are unstable or light.
The pallet is placed on the ground inside a pre-determined circle, and remains static at all times. Thus very light loads will not move during the wrapping process. The arm-wrapper can also be integrated in a modular system or be placed on top of a roller conveyor, which makes it an investment for the future.
Using a "Powered" pre-stretch-unit makes it possible to stretch the film by up to 300% (1 metre becomes over 4 metres) with minimum neckdown (a response where the film becomes narrower when pulled). This makes it possible to reduce packaging costs by up to 40%.
