As a turnkey supplier, Tallpack Bulgaria offers support for all equipment supplied during a project. So our customers only have a single point of contact.

One or more service specialists will always be available to ensure technical transfer goes smoothly when a project is being implemented. These Tallpack Bulgaria specialists support operators and maintenance personnel when operating the new system.

During this period, they also provide practical training to all stakeholders at the work location. This period can be extended by six months or a year. During this period, Tallpack Bulgaria will train employees as specialised operators and maintenance personnel. In addition, work will be carried out together with the customer, to optimise how the whole system operates.

The various aspects addressed and fine-tuned during this process are: preventive and corrective maintenance, use, quality control, etc. Tallpack Bulgaria will collaborate with customers to realise the highest level of production.

Once a project or system has been handed over, analyses will be continuously carried out so improvements can be made. Developments in technological solutions, training of (new) personnel and implementation of updated software help to improve availability (Mean Time To Repair: MTTR), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), operator time, waste reduction and engagement. Tallpack Bulgaria specialises in optimising its own systems.
