We offer a wide range of robot models with different load capacities from 6 to 800 kg. To cover the needs of each specific application, robots must support different acceleration and load capacities.

Modular systems

Systems are often modular, which means that they can be easily expanded or changed at a later stage. For example, if there is an increase of capacity or if changes are made to the production line, the system allows it to be easily modified.

The systems are easy to operate without interrupting the production process. For example, the control panel includes a touch screen that displays the palletizing machine in graphical form. This clearly shows the operator which part of the machine is active or has been activated. This makes the introduction of new stacking patterns very easy. In addition, messages and faults are clearly and immediately displayed in a traceable manner.

Thanks to reduced dimensions and new kinematics, the operation speed can be increased.

Certain robot models can be made of carbon, which makes the structure lighter and relieves the work of the motors, makes them more resistant to mechanical stress, as well as resistant to chemicals.
