They protect the product from airborne contaminations and can be easily disposed of. The tapes are resistant to ageing, to changes in climate and are non-fading. On request an integrated tear strip will provide a quick and safe opening of cartons without the use of a sharp cutting instrument.
Gummed paper tapes provide an excellent protection against pilferage. Activated with water, the special glue of the tape joints rapidly with the carton thus forming a permanent bond. Any unauthorized opening is immediately apparent. This product is the ideal choice for secure packaging of pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, food and electronic components!
Automatic or manual application:
Gummed tapes are suitable for the application in fully automatic packaging lines as well as for the semi automatic or manual application. The tapes are available in rolls having a length of up to 1000 metres. The width, colour and strength of the tapes can be designed to customer’s requirements. For an increased strength, there are reinforced tapes available.
Thus they can be easily printed with bar codes for the electronic trade of goods. The tapes are an ideal advertising tool.
