TOP COVER FILM DISPENSER
In-feed top sheet dispenser which places the film parallel to the conveyor, in order to protect the top of the load against water or dust. We have two possibilities:
A. integrated on the wrapping machine, which allows placing the top sheet film auto-adapted to full and half pallet lengths with a single reel, without external devices. This assumes additional savings in the consumption of film.
B. independent, located before the wrapper, that places a sheet of film on top of the load, regardless of the length of the pallets.
HOLD DOWN PLATE
Motorized hold down plate system (C) for fastening the load, recommended for light or unstable loads. It may be accompanied by a blowers kit (D) for better positioning of top sheet, highly recommended for rainproof wrapping cycles.
ROPING DEVICE
Mechanism built into the unwinding system that reduces the width of the film, shaping the film into a rope that exerts elastic and continues force over the load in order to strengthen even more the stability.
