Version 1
- For lower capacities up to 20 units per hour.
Consists of conveyors, stretch hooder with two film rolls – one shrink and one stretch hood film and turning unit.
Unit will enter stretch hood machine and receive a short shrink hood, followed by strech hood.
Unit will move to turning unit, 180 degrees turning, back to stretch hood machine for second hood.
Version 2
- For capacities up to 70-80 units per hour.
Consists of top sheet dispenser, conveyors, stretch hooder, turning unit.
Unit will enter topsheet dispenser to receive topsheet.
Unit will enter stretch hood machine, to receive first stretch hood
Unit will enter turning unit to be turned 180 degrees and back to stretch hood machine
Unit will enter stretch hood machine for second hood.
Version 3
- For capacities up to 120 units per hour.
Consists of top sheet dispenser, conveyors, two stretch hooders, turning unit.
Unit will enter topsheet dispenser to receive topsheet.
Unit will enter stretch hood machine, to receive first stretch hood
Unit will enter turning unit to be turned 180 degrees
Unit will enter second stretch hood machine for second hood.
