Tallpack Bulgaria presents an automated bag-filling line for bags of 15, 20, 25 kg, as well as a big-bag installation for filling in bags of 500 kg. Line is installed in one of the largest processing plants for seeds on the Balkans.
The filling machine for small bags works with pre-prepared paper or polypropylene woven bags for black sunflower 15, 20 and 25kg, white sunflower 20kg, as well as 30kg pumpkin seed bags or 50kg wheat bags. The filling capacity reaches 800 bags per hour no matter which product is set to work.
A great advantage is given by the device for changing the angle, direction and feeding speed into the bag, thus avoiding the effect of raising a cloud of dust. This filling control feature minimizes nut cracking or damage. Thanks to this the manufacturer offers a better quality and higher value of final product to the market.
The dosing system is round in a cylindrical shape so that no product remains in the hopper and the possibility of contamination or mold is excluded. Special built-in metal trap keeps metal, non-metal or steel particles out of the bag. All parts of the machine which are in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. After the dose is filled, the machine double hems the bag before sewing and completely protect it against leakage. The filling machine is also equipped with multi-level dust collectors connected to the aspiration system and ensure that there is not any or harmful contamination in the bag. At the same time as the bag is sewn, the machine applies a label with information about the contents. The full and sealed bags move along a conveyor to a positioning station and get picked up by an integrated robot. The same one, having previously loaded an empty wooden pallet, grips and arranges the bags according to the set program and depending on the cut, the product and the logistical requirements.
The line includes an automatic check of the weight of the finished pallet, providing the end customer with reliable information about loaded quantity. The information from the machine is fed directly to the printer to print the total weight of the pallet. The robot is equipped with a special press plate, which ensures equal spreading of the product in the bag and better stability of all pallets.
After stacking the bags, the pallet moves to the stretch hood machine. This final stage of the packaging process has two advantages – horizontal and vertical stabilization of the bags without any possibility of displacement. The stretch hood film is produced with a special perforation that allows the product to breathe. This ventilation is very important for this type of production to exclude the formation of mold in the sack. The line is connected to a tele-service link available 24/7 from Tallpack’s IT department to monitor. In case of a failure the program can be remotely changed or a possible software error fixed.
