SATURN S4 is a fully automatic rotary ring stretch wrapper for pallet loads. The film roll is placed on the carriage, which rotates concentric to the load moving up and down according to the wrapping cycle, so that the load remains static. MOVITEC has designed the SATURN S4 wrapper to cover medium capacity markets (up to 60 pallets / hour). Our SATURN S4 wrapper is the best alternative to the rotating arm machines. The rotary ring technology of our SATURN S4 wrapper is really a more balanced system with less wear and maintenance than the other available wrapping technologies.
Our rotary ring wrapping machines consist of basically a 4 columns frame and a lifting system that comprises a set of four flat belts which, by means a gear motor controlled by frequency inverter, moves up and down the rotation assembled ring, as well as the cutting and welding device, which provides a finishing without tails of film.
Like our high-capacity machines, the SATURN S4 model comprises the best current technology on the market, equipped with electronic and auto-adjusting control of the tension depending on the load perimeter, which prevents film breakages or load deformations, ensuring maximum stability with minimum film consumption.
